Tim Sheppard (MCIOB) is a successful senior manager with a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership style developed during a career which has included facilities and property management, construction and environmental services.
With over 30 years in industry working as both client and contractor he has gained extensive sales, operational and commercial experience which has culminated in the successful delivery of services to Housing Associations, the MoD, The Highways Agency, local Government and private clients.
Having worked for both large and SMEs Tim has been involved in the delivery of significant change programmes including the mobilisation and operation of multi-million pound service contracts delivering financial success and strong operational performance.
He has an ability to quickly establish the position of a business and give a clear path to enhanced performance. With a personable but focused approach teams have blossomed and performed under his leadership. He firmly believes that for a business to be successful it must have the right balance between profitability, client service and staff engagement and is now able to utilise his experience in supporting businesses in meeting and exceeding their goals.
