This Kent based restaurant was looking for marketing support to help with evening out bookings to ensure a steady stream of regular business and raise their profile in the local area to better effect.

The client works a 14-hour day and is very involved in the business so didn't have time or necessary energy to give to marketing the restaurant. The restaurant has a small and competitive potential catchment area.
To look at their social media content and develop a consistent presence and encourage traffic to the website and to the restaurant. We have worked with the client to create a calendar of activity and a word bank of weekly content. We aim to promote time of year relevant events and news stories to promote the restaurant.
In addition to developing their social media content and presence, we have also created a close alliance with the Bangladeshi Catering Association, a representative of 12 000 restaurants in the UK, to campaign on pertinent issues that affect the sector.
Curry Lounge had 50 likers at the beginning of the project. They now have 344.The Facebook community that has been created has been an invaluable way for Payal to offer promotional offers as well as advertise job vacancies
We have continued to vary the content and encourage engagement from the large community of likers we have built. We are recommending improvements to his website and photo opportunities that can improve the relevance of his posts. Influencer marketing is also a route we are exploring.
Our restaurant is affected by seasonal changes in demand however Smart Marketing have been helped me to even out the peaks and troughs. Coupled with this Alistair has helped to explore the potential of other business ventures.
